Snazzy Cottage Redo dilemma
Well, my landlord, which is a great landlord in many ways, doesn't really want me to do alot of changes. Alas, however, he has agreed to let me paint the bedroom walls and trim. Baby steps, baby steps lol. Wish me luck
Michelle, I saw your comment on theletteredcottage and I just wanted to remind you to check out craigslist on your nearest city for the "Free" column and also go to "garage sales" for free paint. I have been painting a 2 bedroom condo and have not paid for paint yet. If people are moving, they don't want to move the paint they have stored, so check out those garage sales that note they are moving. Also if you show up at any sale- church, home, garage -- in the last half hour, prices are always rock bottom.
